Alumni Association

Congratulations on being among the proud Bay College Alumni.  It is your college and we would like you to be involved in the Alumni Association!  If you have completed at least 4 credits at Bay College you are an associate alumni, and graduates a degreed alumni.  No membership fee is required - just your support and involvement!  We welcome you on campus anytime.

The Bay College Alumni Association is involved in four major areas during the year:

Distinguished Alumni Award: This award was established in 1999 to recognize and honor an outstanding alumni each year who made contributions to his/her career, community, and/or Bay College. The Alumni of the Year is recognized at the annual Awards Banquet in April and graduation in May.  They are also invited to be a keynote speaker at commencement the following year to capstone their honor.

Nominations are accepted for the Distinguished Alumni Award any time via online or by mail.  Potential candidates are reviewed each March by the Alumni Association, and are considered for two years. Current Bay College employees are not eligible for nomination.

Alumni/Graduate Celebration: The annual Spring Fling is scheduled for Thursday, April 11, 2013 at Hereford & Hops. Click here for more information. The purpose is to bring current alumni, faculty, and graduates together to get know one another, reunite and to celebrate and honor the current graduates of Bay College. We enjoy appetizers, refreshments,  and many excellent door prizes. Included in the many prizes are VISA gift cards for current graduates.

Bay College Scholarship Fund: The Bay College Alumni support a scholarship to award student success.  All Alumni Association gifts support the scholarship, unless designated otherwise.  Scholarships recipients are determined by the Bay de Noc Community College Financial Aid Office with guidance from the Foundation based on preferences set by the Alumni Board annually.  Click to invest in education and support the Alumni scholarship.  Donate Now

Bay College Ambassadors:  The Alumni Association's continuing role throughout the year is to promote Bay College and encourage people to attend and support Bay College. We look forward to you being an active and proud Bay College Alumni!
