Biology is a broad field that can lead to many different career paths, including education, zoology, health professions, ecology,  biotechnology, microbiology, botany, and marine biology. 
        

Why a Degree in Biology?

A generalist biology degree is primarily for future educators and students uncertain about which biology sub-discipline he or she would like to pursue.  It provides a solid foundation for further study in a more specialized area.
