Employment opportunities on campus are offered through the Federal Work-Study Program. Off campus employment with local nonprofit, governmental, and community-based organizations is available using Federal Work-Study Community Service funds. You must complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and exhibit financial need to be evaluated for this program. Your award reflects the maximum amount that you may earn. The actual amount of your earnings will depend on the number of hours you work and your rate of pay. You must be enrolled at least half time for credits that are required for your major to receive these funds. A Work-Study Application Packet, which can be obtained in the Financial Aid Office, must also be completed and on file. A Work-Study award is not a guarantee of employment, but early applicants have the best chance of being offered a position.
