Payment Options

The option of payment in full always exists, or partial payments can be made according to the NBS FACTS on-line payment plan .
  • A student’s account balance shall be paid in full if sufficient funds are available from, or upon receipt of financial aid funds from any source.
  • Payments must be received in sufficient time for posting to your student account, on or before the tuition due date.
Payment by Mail. Make checks payable to Bay College. To ensure proper credit, please include your student number on all check or money order payments. Payments should be mailed to:

Please be sure to allow enough time for postal delivery before the tuition due date.

Payment by Discover/MasterCard/VISA. Discover, MasterCard, or VISA will be accepted for payment in full of your account. Credit Card payments can be made online by using the My Account Information portlet. Credit card payments can also be made in person at the Student Accounts Office, located in Room 501 of the Besse Center or at the Bay College West Student Services Desk.

Payment by Cash. Cash payments can be made during business hours at the Student Accounts Office, located in Room 501 of the Student Center or at the Bay College West Student Services Desk.

Payment by ACH. Electronic withdrawals from both savings and checking accounts can be made online by using the My Account Information portlet.

Payments on-line. To make payments on-line, both in full payments and installment payments, use the My Account Information portlet.
