Facility & Catering Requests


Requesting facility space at Bay College in Escanaba or Bay College West is quick and easy! 
Here's how:
  1. Go to the Virtual Event Management System by clicking here ( you will see the above banner)
  2. Create an account - the best way to use the system, is to create an account. By doing so you will be given a wider range of spaces to choose from. Once you have created an account, you will automatically be given access to all of our external templates to request space in very specific areas: Bay College Escanaba,  Bay College West, M-TEC or the John & Melissa Besse Center. Log in using your email and password that you just created.
  3. Read the information at the bottom of the page about how to use the system to make a request.
  4. Browse the events scheduled at Bay to see if the facility space you want is available.
  5. Requests will be processed and an estimated confirmation will be returned to you as soon as possible.
