Two miners wearing hardhats standing in a tunnelThis course is the the 8-hour Annual Refresher on part 46 and 48 of the Mine Act, Mine Safety and Health Administration, MSHA. If you are an owner or employee of shell dredging, sand, gravel surface stone, surface clay, collodial phosphate, and surface limestone mines, you must receive annual training under 30 CFR parts 46 & 48. Participants will receive their 5000-23 Annual Refresher Training Certificates. All registrants must be an "experienced miner" (attended 24 hours of New miner Training) and companies training under part 46, must have an approved training plan. The fee of $49 includes lunch.
