Bay College Theatre proudly announces that it will produce Steve Martin’s classic play – Picasso at the Lapin Agile – Thursday through Saturday, April 9-11, at 7:30 every night in the Besse Center Theater on the Delta County campus of Bay College.

LANSING – The annual Phi Theta Kappa Awards Luncheon, honoring the 2015 All-Michigan Academic Team, was held on Tuesday, March 24 at the Radisson Hotel in Lansing. Students were selected based on academic achievement, community service involvement, and leadership accomplishment. The State Academic Teams are a division of the Academic All-American Team for Community, Technical and Junior College Students, an international program sponsored annually by Phi Theta Kappa, USA TODAY and the American Association of Community Colleges.

Bay College’s administration and staff offices will be closed on April 03, 2015 in observance of Good Friday beginning at 12 noon. Scheduled classes will run during the afternoon on Good Friday.

Bay College’s winter 2015 Math Science Colloquia series continues with a free presentation at 4PM on Thursday, March 26 in Room MS122 (with iTV link to West Campus room 107).  Dr. Isis Kuczaj  will present a talk titled Tracking the emergence of the deer tick and Lyme disease pathogen: the past, present, and future of tick-borne disease in Michigan.

Students from Bay College/LSSU Escanaba Regional Center’s chapter of Business Professionals of America (BPA) attended the BPA State Leadership Conference and competed in a collegiate competition conducted at Davenport University in Grand Rapids, MI on February 14th, 2015. BPA is a national organization focused on the professional and leadership development of students.
