Bay West LIFE has continued their support of life-long learning in Dickinson County by donating a $1000 scholarship to the Bay College Foundation. The group was started in 2009 by interested retirees who wished to promote learning and education in the Dickinson County area. The scholarship will support two students from Dickinson County over the age of 50 for the academic year 2016-2017.

Scholarships from organizations such as Bay West LIFE help remove financial burdens for students and allows them to start or complete their degree. The opportunities provided by these scholarships give students the chance to achieve their educational goals and continue towards success.

For more information on how to create a scholarship, contact the Bay College Foundation at 906-217-1700 or email foundation@baycollege.edu. Make a difference today!
