Powers Legion to Present Veterans Day Ceremony at Bay College

The Bay College Diversity Committee is proud to welcome the Tony Revord American Legion Post 244 from Powers, MI. Post 244 will be presenting a Veterans Day Ceremony at the Escanaba campus of Bay College at 1:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday, November 11, in the Besse Theater. Post Commander Wendy Sexton will act as moderator for the program with the colors presented by the Delta County Marine Corps League. The program will consist of several guest speakers, to be announced, speaking on veterans and their influence in society.  Presentation of short films and poems will be done by the Post’s Sons of the American Legion and Auxiliary. The program is free and open to the public, and all veterans are invited to attend.
