209             HIRING SPECIALLY FUNDED EMPLOYEES POLICY

 Under no circumstances may the amount that is paid to specially funded employees exceed the amount paid to Bay de Noc Community College employees in similar classifications.

The Board of Trustees will review classification wages and fringe benefits of all specially funded employees annually.

 It is the intent of the Bay de Noc Community College Board of Trustees to provide as little difference as possible between the amounts paid specially funded employees and employees in similar classifications.
