302        SALARY ADMINISTRATION POLICY

 

 PROCEDURE FOR BARGAINING UNIT PERSONNEL:

 302.1    Every administrator has a primary responsibility in implementing the policy under the terms of the master agreement.

 302.2      New eligible faculty shall be placed on the full-time contract schedule.

 302.3         Full-time faculty will be eligible for a step increase at the beginning of each academic year until they reach the top of the schedule.
