It shall be the policy of the Bay de Noc Community College Board of Trustees to reimburse employees a reasonable cost of meals under certain circumstances.

PROCEDURE:

406.1  Employees required to travel on college business are eligible to be reimbursed for the cost of meals during their travel.  In addition, employees are eligible to be reimbursed for meals paid in connection with meetings and other functions.

 406.2  Meals are considered per diem up to the amount allowed by the College allowance.  Receipts and other documentation are not required.  Gratuities and tips are considered a part of the per diem.
