PROCEDURE:

516.1  Guard Field Training will be paid at a rate to be computed as follows:

a.  National Guard pay at the rate of five days a week, plus difference between the National Guard daily rate and regular college rate based on standard 40-hour workweek.

516.2      Employees on military leave shall be guaranteed employment and pay status for a period of 15 days after completion of military leave or other action has been taken by the immediate supervisor and Board of Trustees.
