Originator: Board of Trustees Revision Date: Subject: Personal Conduct 803 PERSONAL APPEARANCE POLICY It shall be the policy of the Bay de Noc Community College Board of Trustees that employees dress and grooming should be appropriate to the work station. Employees, whether full-time, part-time or college work- study, often have contact with the public and therefore represent the college in their appearance as well as by their actions. The properly attired employee helps create a favorable image for the college. Upon approval of the president and supervisor, specific departmental dress requirements will be communicated to employees as necessary. |
