815 USE OF COLLEGE EQUIPMENT/PROPERTY BY EMPLOYEES FOR PERSONAL USE POLICY

It shall be the policy of the Bay de Noc Community College Board of Trustees to prohibit the use of college equipment/property by college employees for personal benefit or gain.

PROCEDURE:

815.1 Bay College employees shall not be authorized to remove college property from Bay College premises for the purposes of personal benefit or gain.

815.2 Bay College employees may utilize Bay College equipment and/or property per Board Policy #1017 in conjunction with the use of Bay College facilities. Please see Board Policy #1017 for the procedure on requesting and reserving Bay College facilities.
