MESSA - Insured employees are covered under Choices II PPO.  Prescription coverage for Non-Exempt and Exempt is $10/$20 and Faculty is $5/$10.  Our School District number is 0292. 

You will be are issued two insurance cards from MESSA.  If you require more cards for your dependents, you will need to order them online at:  https://www.messa.org/MESSA/Secure/Public/IDCardForm2.cfm

    Prescriptions - Regular  Present your MESSA card to your pharmacist.  You will be charged a non-refundable co-pay of $10.00 for generic drugs - this is a generic favored drug card and if you choose to fill a name brand prescription the co-pay will be higher.

    Prescriptions - Mail Order  Our MESSA mail order prescription plan is through Medco Health, whose website is: 

    http://www.medcohealth.com or http://www.merckmedco.com.  For questions related  to your prescriptions, you may call 800-903-8346.  For problems with home delivery:  877-782-7862

 

    For diabetic test supplies:  We cannot order these through Medco.  We must order through Upper Great Lakes Medical Supply.  Their phone:     800-774-0788   Fax:  800-292-0677  Once they begin shipment, they will autoship to your home thereafter.
