we embrace excellence, dedication, integrity, responsiveness, and respect; and
we empower people to make positive changes in their lives and communities.”
Each year one to three Bay College instructors are selected as Bay’s Outstanding Educators. These individuals must have a full-time appointment at the college for three years or more and be tenured at the time of nomination. Faculty members who have received this award are not re-eligible for a period of three years. Commitment to education and excellence in service are the primary focuses of this award.
To be considered for this award, a nomination is required. Any Bay College employee, student, alumni, or community member may nominate a full-time faculty member for this award.
