Community Voices Presents "Winter Wellness"
News
The Bay College West Speaker Series “Community Voices” continues on Thursday, December 13, 2018, 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM (Central Time), in Fornetti Hall. Admission is free and all ages are welcome.
This month will feature Margo Recla-Juedes, presenting “Winter Wellness.” Juedes, a local physical therapist, will speak about the dimensions of wellness and tips to maintain a healthy body during the winter months. Juedes has obtained certifications in Ergonomic Assessment as well as Applied Prevention and Health Promotion, providing a wide variety of knowledge that benefits the local community. Juedes has stated “I have always been interested in preventative medicine and getting ahead of the problem. If we can begin treatment for a condition quickly before it completely changes someone’s life, then the overall population would improve dramatically.”
The January Community Voices presentation will be Thursday, January 10, 2019, when Attorney Scott Brogan will speak about Estate Planning. For more information on “Community Voices” visit the Bay College West Facebook page, Email%20Linda%20Varda or call 906-302-3002.
