Bay College's West Campus Offers New Excel Classes This Winter

Bay College West Campus will be offering three workshops on different levels on how to operate Microsoft Excel.  These classes will take place on December 10, December 12, and December 17, 2019. Classes will be taught by Lorri Vross. 

The first class, Basic Excel, will be offered in two parts. Part one on December 10, will be from 8:00 to 10:00 AM CST. This class will cover the fundamentals, creating worksheets and formatting.  Part two on December 12, is from 8:00 to 11:00 AM CST. In this class students will learn how to manipulate data, create charts, modify settings and create templates. Interested individuals can take both classes for $104 or take part one for $57 or part two for $64. This course assumes participants are familiar with Microsoft Windows.  It will be beneficial to participants who want to accomplish basic workplace tasks in Excel and build a solid foundation for continuing on to become proficient in Excel.

The second class, Excel: Charts and Pivots, will be offered on December 17, from 8:00 to 11:00 AM  CST.  The cost of this course is $62.  Students will learn how to build more complex functions, use data analysis tools, make an impact with powerful chart and presentation features, and collaborate with other users.
