Krusin Klassics is a non-profit organization founded in 1985 by local automobile enthusiasts. Krusin Klassics draws a large crowd at their Fun Run Car Show in Escanaba, which takes place each year with the exception of 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Proceeds from the Fun Run Car Show are generously distributed to various organizations. A portion of the proceeds from the 2019 event supported a $1,500 scholarship to assist three students in the automotive program at Bay College for Academic Year 2020-2021. The scholarship recipients for this year are John Stevenson, Craig Smith, and Christopher Johnson.

Randy Strasler, Treasurer for Krusin Klassics stated, “We are excited to give back to the local community, and supporting Bay College students in the automotive program is a perfect way to help our community grow.”

Bay College awards nearly 300 scholarships each year to future, current, and returning students.  Funding for scholarships is made possible through private donations to the Bay College Foundation by businesses, organizations, and individuals through endowment, estate, and annual contributions.

If you are interested in creating a scholarship, please contact the Bay College Foundation by phone 906-217-1700, Email, or by visiting the Bay College Foundation web page.
