Management Skills for New Managers Training Set for October 2021

Bay College West Campus is offering an in person non-credit training program on Management Skills for New Managers to equip first-managers in facing and navigating the common challenges that are critical not only for their own success, but their team’s and organizations.

This training program is organized around five learning outcomes: what is a manager’s role, team development and empowerment, running effective meetings, dealing with conflict and performance problems and employee law 101. This training is set to take place on October 20, October 21, October 27 and October 28 from 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. ct. The cost of the course is $550 per person. The deadline to register is October 13.
