The Upper Michigan Safety Conference will be held on Friday, April 29, 2022, at Bay College in Escanaba.  This year’s featured speaker is Dustin Brighton.  Dustin is an ISA Certified Arborist and has served for over 20 years in the fire service, serving in various roles from firefighter to officer.  Dustin’s life experiences have ignited a passion for safety and keeping others protected through instruction and public speaking appearances.  His humble approach to teaching is contagious and his classes are in high demand throughout the state.  Dustin will speak on workplace accidents; who lives, who dies and why. Roy Ness Contracting, VAST, PotlatchDeltic, and Billerud – Escanaba Mill are sponsoring this years’ featured speaker.
