This class will work with the breath, balance, alignment, strength, and flexibility in a format that can be modified for everybody that is present. The focus of the class will be in down regulating the nervous system to nourish the body and quite the mind, providing tools for the body to maintain wellness through the stressors of life. No yoga experience is necessary.

Free to students, $10.00 for community members and faculty/staff.

30-Minute Tabata Blast

If you don’t know what “Tabata” is, don’t worry! Tabata is a form of interval training, where each exercise set is four minutes long, made up of exercise for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, and repeat for 8 rounds total. We will be doing body weight exercises and there will be modifications to make the workout high or low impact. All fitness levels are welcome! It’s just 30 minutes, come try it out!

No equipment is needed. You are welcome to bring a mat.  Plus, this class is FREE for students and community members!
