Academy Information

The 2019/2020 cohort has been selected. Please come back for information on the 2020/2021 class in June 2020.

The Bay West Leadership Academy (BWLA) is geared towards bringing together emerging leaders from the area to develop meaningful skills, grow a professional network, and become more aware of Dickinson County and how to get involved.

Target Audience
  • Those interested in developing leadership skills and becoming involved in the community
  • Emerging young talent
  • Mid-level employees looking to advance their leadership skills
Cost
  • $900/Person
The Program Includes
  • Eight monthly workshops running October 2019 through May 2020. Each workshop is three-hours in length centered on key learning outcomes
    • This includes a DiSC Assessment
    • A copy of the book "The Trust's Edge"
  • Eight monthly community presentations on Dickinson County
  • Eight monthly lunches centered on discussion and building a professional network
  • Admission to the 2020 Leadership Conference.
  • A professional head shot with all rights to share and reuse
  • (NEW!) Requirement to attend 3 committee or board meetings for a local community group of interest

Deadline to apply (no payment due): July 19, 2019
Accepted applicants will be notified: August 2, 2019
Final registration and payment must be completed prior to: October 11 , 2019
