The Business Administration program at Bay College is designed to explore the dynamic, fast-paced world of business. The highly experienced business faculty not only provide the knowledge and expertise of their subject matter, but also provide hands-on experiences as they have been employed in these fields.  Small classes allow students to receive personalized attention from their instructors.  Courses are offered in a variety of formats including traditional, online, and hybrid format using Blackboard, a media-rich learning management system.

Bay College offers a two-year Associate in Arts (AA) Business degree  mostly online! This degree is perfect for students who wish to explore a wide array of business topics and learn about the many aspects involved in the business world. Students will learn the basic working knowledge of general business theory and practice, discover how the use of current technology is appropriate to business operations, and gain the ability to communicate effectively in an organization.
