Amy Reddinger

Amy Reddinger is the Vice President of Academic Affairs and Educational Equity. She received her bachelor’s degree in English and Africana Studies at Bryn Mawr College and a master’s degree and PhD in English from the University of Washington in Seattle. When Amy arrived at Bay in 2018 she worked as the Dean of Arts and Sciences for four years; prior to that she was faculty in English and Women and Gender Studies at UW-Marinette for a decade. Dr. Reddinger has published a range of articles and book chapters with particular focus on institutional inclusion and diversity as it relates to student success. She has received awards including Faculty of the Year in 2009 and 2015; the Chancellor’s Excellence in Teaching Award by the UW Colleges in 2015; the Chancellor’s Inclusive Excellence Award in 2017; and the Bay College TORCH Award in 2020.
