Ashley Borowski serves as the TRIO Program Coordinator at Bay College. A Bay College and TRIO Program alumna, Ashley brings both professional experience and a firsthand understanding of the impact TRIO programs can have on students' lives. She holds an Associate of Arts degree and has spent the majority of her career working in human resources, including a focus on training and development. In addition, Ashley worked in the nonprofit sector for a handful of years and is actively involved in community service through the Escanaba Kiwanis Club. She has long aspired to work in education and is deeply passionate about fostering inclusive, supportive environments where students feel a sense of belonging and are empowered to succeed.
