Ashley R Rogers started as the TRIO Program Coordinator in October 2024. Prior to that, Ashley was the Early Middle College, Dual Enrollment, and Work Based Learning Coordinator at the Dickinson Iron Technical Education Center in Kingsford, MI. Before that position, Ashley was the Director of Dual Enrollment and Early College at Bay College from April 2022 to October 2024. Ashley began her career at Bay in January 2009 as an Office Information Systems Student Worker and then as an OIS Learning Assistant. She was also a Supplemental Instruction Leader from May 2009 to December 2012. From August 2011 to June 2013, Ashley was an Adjunct Instructor in the Business Division where she taught Management Information Systems online, Input Technologies and Computer Concepts & Applications. In August 2014, Ashley took the Math Science Center & Student Success Office Assistant Coordinator position and in July 2016, when the new Student Success Center opened, she moved to the Placement & Tutoring Specialist position where she supervised Science, Technology and Occupational Tutors, Study Group Facilitators and Learning Assistants. Ashley earned an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Bay College in December 2008 and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management with a Marketing Minor from Lake Superior State University in December 2010.
