Carole Parish started with the college in January of 2026 as a Testing/Assessment Services Specialist. She is a Bay College graduate from 2004 with AS degrees in Computer Networking and Software Specialist. She worked for the Escanaba Public Schools as a Computer Technician then joined Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in 2008 as a Help Desk Technician. Following a desire to work directly with students, Carole went to the NWTC Library as a Library Lab Technician, managing laptop lending and all other library provided equipment to students. She retired at the beginning of 2026 and immediately joined the Bay College staff. Carole holds Microsoft Certifications in Office and SQL.
