Jessica Manier is the Director of the Office of Accessibility/Special Populations at Bay de Noc Community College in Escanaba. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from St. Norbert College. Manier also has a Master's degree in Public Administration: Nonprofit Management and Leadership from Grand Valley State University. Jessica has worked for the last 14 years with individuals in the disability community assisting them to live a more full and independent life in their communities. Jessica has also served on multiple Nonprofit Boards of Directors across the Upper Peninsula.
