Jillena serves as the Director of Transfer and Advising and has been part of Bay College since 2019. She earned her Master of Fine Arts from Warren Wilson College in 2006 and brings twenty years of experience in higher education. Her background includes faculty roles in English and Creative Writing, as well as extensive work in student support. She has held positions as an advisor and director, leading initiatives focused on academic intervention and holistic student success.
