Larry Sundling

Larry D. Sundling is the Interim Lead Instructor within the Water Resource Management Program. Sundling has been employed at Bay College since August 2006. Larry held the positions as the Water Technology Learning Assistant/Laboratory Technician in addition to teaching as an Adjunct Instructor within the program. A 1994 graduate of Bay de Noc Community College with an AAS in Water Purification Technology, Larry’s career has given him knowledge and experience in a variety of domestic and industrial wastewater treatment operations and processes, technical services, contract water/wastewater operations training and laboratory analysis. His work experience and knowledge ultimately lead me to my current positions at Bay de Noc Community College Larry is active within the water and wastewater industry and holds memberships in both the American Water Works Association, Michigan Water Environment Association, Michigan Rural Water Association and is a Committee member of Upper Peninsula Section 21 MiAWWA, and the MWEA Training and Recruitment Committees. In addition, he leads the Water Resource Management Advisory Board and is the advisor for the Bay Area Water Association, a student organization, and has been active in a variety of community organizations. He holds a current Michigan Department of Environmental Quality Wastewater C, D Wastewater and F4, S4 Water Certifications.
