Michelle Chaillier is the Manager of People and Organizational Effectiveness at Bay College. Michelle received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Religious Studies from Alma College in 2011. Before her employment at Bay College, she worked at Public Health, Delta & Menominee Counties as a Prevention Specialist and as an advocate for domestic violence and sexual assault survivors.
