Penny Pavlat is the Director of Institutional Research and Reporting at Bay de Noc Community College in Escanaba. Pavlat has been employed at the college in Institutional Research since September, 2005. Originally hired as a Data Analyst, she held positions of Senior Data Analyst and Institutional Research and Reporting Coordinator prior to her current position. Prior to working in Institutional Research, she had previously been an adjunct faculty member in the business department. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management (summa cum laude) from Lake Superior State University, as well as several Associate and Certificate awards from Bay de Noc Community College. She has completed additional training through the Association of Institutional Research and was awarded 2012 Outstanding Staff recognition.
