Sam Frizzell serves as the Adult Student Success Coach at Bay College, supporting learners across both the Bay West and Main Campuses. She holds a bachelor’s in human services with a specialization in Life Coaching from Indiana Wesleyan University. Sam brings a strong background in human services and student support, with prior experience as a JMG Youth Specialist at UP Michigan Works, a Substance Abuse Counselor, and a Peer Recovery Coach. She is deeply committed to community engagement and continues to contribute to local initiatives, including the Community Collaborative Task Force in Delta County and Communities that Care in Dickinson County.
