Shena Meffer is the Human Resource Specialist at Bay College. Shena is a 2012 Bay College Alumni with an Associate degree in Applied Science Accounting/Computer Specialist. After several years in the workforce Shena decided to continue her education and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Human Resource Management Certificate from the University of Phoenix in 2021; to attest her Human Resource knowledge Shena became a SHRM-CP in 2022. Prior to joining Bay College Shena was employed as an HR Administrative Assistant for a global manufacturing company.
