Todd McCann is an English Instructor at Bay de Noc Community College in Escanaba. He has been employed at Bay College since 1993, when he founded the TRiO Writing Center. After serving in the U.S. Air Force, McCann earned bachelor’s (English and political science) and master’s (English) degrees from St. Cloud State University, in St. Cloud, Minnesota.
