Citizens of Delta County will vote for four seats on the Bay de Noc Community College Board of Trustees in the November 3, 2026, election. The positions held by Nicholas M. Chenier, Wendy B. Middaugh, and Cory J. Kuchenberg are regular six-year terms that expire on December 31, 2032. The position held by Katherine VanEnkevort is a two-year term expiring on December 31, 2028. All incumbents have announced their intention to run in the General Election.

Candidates must be nominated by petitions signed by no less than one hundred, nor over two hundred qualified registered voters residing within Delta County. Candidates may pay a non-refundable filing fee of $100 to the Delta County Clerk instead of filing nominating petitions.

The Affidavit of Identity and Receipt of Filing Form and Petitions or the non-refundable filing fee must be filed no later than 4:00 pm ET on the fifteenth Tuesday (July 21, 2026) before the election date. The forms are available online from the State of Michigan Secretary of State https://www.michigan.gov/sos/elections and Non-judicial Offices: Affidavit of Identity and Receipt of Filing or from the Delta County Clerk.
