Bay College congratulates Amy Gibbs, Bay College’s TORCH Award recipient for the September–November 2025 quarter!
Amy began her journey at Bay College in July 2021 as Director of TRIO SSS, she was promoted to Dean of Student Success in October 2022, and now serves as Director of Career and Workforce Development. She has been nominated by multiple colleagues, quoted anonymously, below, for her strong dedication to the mission of Bay College and her unwavering commitment to student success.

The purpose of the TORCH Award is to give personal recognition to those employees on Bay College’s campuses dedicated to the mission of the College because of their attitude, commitment, and dedication toward the higher education learning environment.
