The Senior Leadership Team (SLT) will provide strategic leadership of the College's mission: student success, community success, and a culture of success. With a collective commitment to our key performance indicators, Senior Leadership will provide leadership to:

Increase the 2018 Fall Cohort to a 53% completion rate by Fall 2021
Increase the 2019 Fall Cohort to a 54% completion rate by Fall 2022
Increase the 2020 Fall Cohort to a 54.5% completion rate by Fall 2023
Increase the 2021 Fall Cohort to a 55% completion rate by Fall 2024
Increase Cross College Communications to >4.0 by Winter 2022
Increase Community Survey Index to >4.4 by Winter 2022
