The Associate in Arts degree is primarily designed for students who wish to transfer to a four-year college or university. Students should work closely with an academic advisor to select courses needed for their intended major at the four-year institution they plan to attend. In addition to preparation for transfer, this program is designed to provide students with a strong general education background. Students who receive an Associate in Arts degree will also satisfy the Michigan Transfer Agreement requirements.

The Business program is designed to enable students to gain entry level employment in business related fields.
