William Purdy is a Computer Network Systems and Security Instructor for Bay de Noc Community College. William has been a part-time instructor at Bay College since Fall 2003. He has earned CompTIA's A+, CCNA and CWNP certifications. He has passed the MTA Windows Operating System Fundamentals, Software Development Fundamentals, Security Fundamentals, Database Administration and Networking Fundamentals. He has attended IPv6, Hybrid Storage and Software Defined Networking training through Working Connections. William has been named Outstanding Part-Time Faculty in 2008 and 2012; and Michigan Occupational Deans Administrative Council outstanding part time faculty for the State of Michigan in 2014.
