After graduating from Escanaba High School, Laura knew Bay College was the perfect fit for choosing her next step in education.  She received her Associate in Applied Science in Nursing in 2015 and Registered Nursing (RN) Certification. Since, she has completed her Master's in Nursing and Acute Care Nurse Practitioner degrees from Waldon University.

Laura feels fortunate that she was able to earn her degree at Bay College stating “The instructors throughout my nursing degree were upbeat and positive, allowing for successful goals to be achieved.  The Nursing Program at Bay College allowed for a home-like feel, was affordable, and offered a state-of-the-art education.”

Laura has extensive experience as a nurse, hospitalist and nurse practitioner. She is employed with the Heart and Vascular Institute in Wisconsin.
