At Iron Mine, you can ride the underground train and travel 2,600 ft. through drifts and tunnels to 400 ft. below the earth’s surface. At this State Historical Site, you will see amazing rock formations and larger underground lighted caverns. This mine operated for 68 years and produced 21,625,000 tons of iron ore for the great steel mills of the Midwest.

The Northern Lights YMCA is excited to once again host a local triathlon favorite. The swim will take place in beautiful Lake Antoine, a clear and calm lake; the bike and run will be scenic routes surrounding the lake. There will be four events including a Duathlon, Youth Triathlon, Sprint Triathlon, and an Olympic Distance Triathlon. Not ready for all three events? Compete as part of a 3-person team in the team division.
