Local musicians, Phil Lynch and Katie Bender, will be featured artists during “The Music of Our Lives,” a live Zoom event being held on Monday, April 15 from 3 – 4pm ET. Lynch and Bender will combine live performances and discussions about the impact music has played in our lives.
This program is part of the National Week of Conversation, which is from April 15 – 21, 2024 and is widely celebrated across the country. The Bay College Delta Chats group is partnering with The Listen First Project to host “The Music of Our Lives,” which will be available online to local, regional, and national audiences.
“In addition to enjoying music and discussion, participants will be able to contribute to a Delta County-focused playlist of songs that offer civic inspiration,” says June Klees, co-organizer and Instructor of Social and Behavioral Science at Bay College.
This event is free and open to the public. Those interesting in this online event can register here or by searching for the event on Citizen Connect’s website.
